Enterprise SaaS Offering
The first repeatable revenue wedge for sellers, originators and distribution partners.
This page converts the AI concierge and distribution analytics concept into a concrete product package that can be sold, measured and renewed.
Standalone Enterprise AI
US$990/month is a proposed standalone subscription for an originator or distribution team outside the institutional platform cohort. Monthly deliverables: one source-backed market/channel report, one asset performance view where data is available, and a bounded human-reviewed scenario request. Custom analysis requires a separate scope; unlimited analyst labor is not included.
| Offer | Planning price | Boundary / no double counting |
|---|---|---|
| Free partner intake | US$0 | Connection request and asset submission only. No guaranteed publication, distribution or custom integration. |
| Institutional platform | US$3,000/month in Year 1 | Organization workflow and reporting. No additional US$990 subscription for the same scope/account in the model. |
| Institutional onboarding | US$15,000 once per new institution | Separately scoped integration and implementation; free listing is not implementation. |
| Standalone Enterprise AI | US$990/month | Separate customer cohort: defined reports and human-reviewed requests. Institutional accounts are excluded from this cohort. |
| Completed routed transaction | 0.15% planning take rate | Only settled, fee-eligible contracted volume under an approved legal route. No fee on an expression of interest. |
| Readiness sprint / data add-ons | Quote after scope validation | Not an additional base-model revenue line. Avoid charging twice for institutional onboarding or included reports. |
| Ecosystem modules | US$50/tester/month hypothesis | Excluded from base. Upside starts no earlier than month 19 and requires paid-cohort evidence. |
| GO token | No revenue assumption | No token proceeds, appreciation, asset yield or guaranteed launch included. |
AI Quality and Cost Controls
Log customer permission, source documents, model/prompt version, output, reviewer, corrections, delivery time and incremental cost. Unsupported claims are blocked from delivery. A human approval is required for investor-facing output. Compare against a rules/manual baseline before claiming better matching or lower CAC.
Renewal and Data Rights
Track activation, actual usage, accepted reports, renewal and churn by paying cohort. Customer private data remains segregated. Benchmark reuse requires documented permission and de-identification. No cross-client training right is presumed. Missing external-channel outcomes must be labeled unavailable.
