WALLET / FLOAT POLICY
Wallet / Float Policy
Asset-class-neutral liquidity and distribution rail for tokenized real-world assets.
Token execution must be controlled, evidence-based and subordinate to platform delivery.
Planned structure: BVI project base and SAFE with a 20% discount. Cayman Islands token structure and token warrant. UAE is the initial market for buyers and sellers. Detailed legal structuring is planned with counsel after pre-seed funding. No signed pilot or institutional contracts as of 23 September 2026. Forecasts and prototype records are illustrative. Role assignments describe proposed responsibilities, not executed arrangements. The current scope amendment governs any historical terminology.
Policy Principle
GO should be managed as ecosystem infrastructure, not a financing shortcut. Releases should be tied to accepted platform contributions, dApp delivery, AI-agent workflows, developer tooling, verified campaigns and market operations approved by governance.
Control Table
| Bucket | Policy | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Foundation / treasury | Multisig, signer policy, monthly reporting and no opaque discretionary selling. | Wallet dashboard, signer list, board/investor reporting. |
| Team / advisors | Long-term vesting and lockups aligned to execution milestones. | Vesting schedule and release approvals. |
| Ecosystem incentives | Released against accepted dApps, AI agents, integrations, data workflows or verified contribution. | Acceptance records, usage data, agent logs, security review. |
| Liquidity / MM | Readiness only, staged after legal/security gates. No guaranteed depth or price support. | MM policy, venue review, market-conduct memo, post-launch reporting. |
Non-Negotiables
- No token claim on RWA cash flows.
- No promised secondary liquidity.
- No launch before token objective covenant, wallet policy, audit and disclosure controls.
- No material objective change without unanimous written approval under definitive documents.
