Competitive Positioning
Asset-class-neutral liquidity and distribution rail for tokenized real-world assets.
GlemO should position against the real competitive set without pretending incumbents do not matter.
Complementary Infrastructure
Tokeny/T-REX is treated as potential complementary issuance and compliance infrastructure, not as an established direct competitor. GlemO does not intend to issue third-party RWA tokens. Externally issued assets can enter the proposed rail subject to permissions, technical compatibility and asset-specific admission. No Tokeny partnership or integration is claimed.
Adjacent Capabilities
Tokeny documents distribution capabilities through DINO. That does not establish competition for the same contract or budget. The diligence question is what additional sourcing, buyer activation and intelligence GlemO provides on top of existing infrastructure. See Tokeny DINO documentation.
| Category | Relationship to test | Evidence needed |
|---|---|---|
| Issuance/compliance infrastructure | Integration / complement | Permissioned interface, data schema and issuer mandate |
| Banks, brokers and distribution platforms | Channel, customer or substitute depending on contract | Buying process and customer ownership |
| Internal CRM plus sales team | Potential alternative to the workflow product | Baseline cost, conversion and time |
| Other asset marketplaces | Potential channel or alternative | Specific capability and paid-account overlap |
Defensibility Test
Neutrality is openness across approved issuers and providers, not a claim that no alternatives exist. Data advantage requires contractual reuse rights, measured improvement and retained customers. Do not claim proprietary network effects, lower CAC or superior conversion before a controlled comparison.
