Token Governance Policy
Asset-class-neutral liquidity and distribution rail for tokenized real-world assets.
The token is a supporting ecosystem layer for dApps, AI agents and network contribution. It is not the core investment thesis.
Cayman Islands Token Structure
The planned GO token structure and associated token warrant are in the Cayman Islands. SAFE (BVI), 20% discount + token warrant (Cayman Islands). Detailed structuring follows pre-seed funding with counsel. The platform's non-issuance boundary refers to third-party RWA assets, not to the separate GO token plan. Token proceeds remain zero in the operating base case. No launch date, liquidity support, RWA cash-flow entitlement or holder return is promised.
Permitted Design Intent
Rewards may support useful, independently accepted software, integrations, data workflows and verified network contribution after legal, security and governance gates. Holding duration, asset purchases, referral payments and priority allocation are not approved incentive policies in this package. No investor-return scheme is inferred.
Release and Consent
No token launch, treasury release, market-maker engagement or public token campaign before counsel approval, audited controls, wallet policy and documented board/investor approval. Material objective changes remain subject to consent terms in definitive documents, not an already enforceable covenant.
No-Launch Protection
Financing counsel must define what happens to warrant rights if the token is delayed, redesigned or never launched. No automatic cash entitlement, conversion ratio or investor waiver is invented here. The core platform roadmap and equity business remain independent of launch.
