Developer-ready MVP1 documentation for the GlemO platform.

This page gives development partners the product requirement specification in every supported diligence language. English remains the governing source; localized versions are provided for review, alignment and execution support.

Planned structure: BVI project base and SAFE with a 20% discount. Cayman Islands token structure and token warrant. UAE is the initial market for buyers and sellers. Detailed legal structuring is planned with counsel after pre-seed funding. No signed pilot or institutional contracts as of 23 September 2026. Forecasts and prototype records are illustrative.

Governing Pilot Scope

Current scope and control amendment, 23 September 2026. Use this first for estimation and acceptance. The pre-existing MVP1 specifications are historical architecture references; the amendment overrides conflicting scope, issuance, timing and commercial assumptions.

Each PDF starts with the current English amendment. The underlying language versions have not been fully rewritten; English governs the amendments.

Implementation Acceptance

A named technical owner must approve a priced backlog, roles, API permissions, data retention, negative-path tests and security criteria. Prototype controls demonstrate intent only. No delivery contract or production acceptance is established by this package.

English is the governing text. New amendments may remain in English in localized views. Updated 23 September 2026.
