Data Room Security and Access Plan

Demo access is different from investor-grade production access.

This note separates the current static investor pack from the controls required before sensitive diligence files are hosted for external investor review.

Planned structure: BVI project base and SAFE with a 20% discount. Cayman Islands token structure and token warrant. UAE is the initial market for buyers and sellers. Detailed legal structuring is planned with counsel after pre-seed funding. No signed pilot or institutional contracts as of 23 September 2026. Forecasts and prototype records are illustrative.

Canonical Archive and External Sharing

This v2.10.1 canonical archive includes the editable PPTX because the founder requested a complete source package. It is not a public upload bundle. For external circulation, share the PDF and selected diligence pages; provide editable source only to trusted recipients on request.

Static Access Is Not Secure Storage

The current package is a static/local review experience. Its client-side login is not authorization protecting downloaded files. Do not insert unredacted contracts, bank records, personal CRM or identity documents. Use server-side authentication, per-investor permissions, expiring links, audit logs and revocation before sensitive circulation.

Version Discipline

The corrected deck, model and pages in v2.10.1 are the current investor narrative. Historical PRD/DFD files are architecture references only where explicitly labeled. The current scope and structure amendment govern delivery priorities and business boundaries. English remains the governing text; untranslated new passages remain English rather than silently using stale translations.
