GlemO RWA Product DFD and Requirements V4.7

Current data flows, product requirements and implementation boundaries.

This page declares the DFD set for the current platform status and makes the requirements traceable to the platform screens used in the investor data room.

Planned structure: BVI project base and SAFE with a 20% discount. Cayman Islands token structure and token warrant. UAE is the initial market for buyers and sellers. Detailed legal structuring is planned with counsel after pre-seed funding. No signed pilot or institutional contracts as of 23 September 2026. Forecasts and prototype records are illustrative.

Current Control Amendment

Read the current scope and control amendment before using the historical architecture pack. The amendment governs v2.10.1. The older diagrams describe design options, not live integrations or a committed first release.

Pilot Scope

UAE B2B intake, external-token references, accountable-origin evidence, permissioned reporting, manual buyer-response tracking and invoicing. Human review and approved data access are mandatory. GlemO does not issue third-party RWA tokens. Execution, custody and regulated functions require a counsel-approved allocation and signed providers.

Deferred Scope

Retail allocation, live settlement, public chain proof, multi-chain automation and builder modules remain gated later work. Historical Asset Factory labels mean external offering registration only. Brazil/FIDC examples are simulated examples, not the planned cross-border structure.
